Josh and his team did an exceptional job on my home. I hired him build up on top of my home adding a master suite, kids bedroom, and office. Price point was more than reasonable for this job. A job this size would normally take 3-4 months...Josh had it done in 8 weeks! He dedicates all the necessary resourses and plans well to ensure minimal disruption for the homeowners. He needed to remove my existing roof, exposing my home to the elements and took every precaution to ensure my home and family were safe and dry during that time. We put a lot of trust in him to help us design from sconces, to wall colors, bathroom tile, and siding all of which turned out to be better than we could've imagined. At his suggestion, he went above and beyond to reseed my lawn where the crew was working and repainted much of the existing rooms where a few unavoidable wall cuts needed to be made - all at no extra cost to us; he does not nickel and dime. He also reshingled a large part of my roof to make the new addition look seamless to the existing roof. While no project is perfect, there was an unexpected delay with the siding from the supplier. Josh was transparent with us about the issue, made right, and solutioned an alternative for us. On top of all that, he is easy to reach and communicate with, family oriented, and his priority was to be sure he completed the job with us being satisfied. Brown Designs remodeled our masterbath and did a great job. We highly recommend them. They listened to what we were looking to do and made helpful suggestions along the way that helped maximize the space of a small bathroom. Everyone we dealt with was fantastic, from Josh and Jordan to Mark and Sean. They were responsive and communicative throughout the process and stuck to their timeline. They stayed with our project until it was complete. They even responded quickly to an issue that arose after completion and fixed the problem even though it turned out it wasn’t a result of the remodel. We’ll absolutely use Brown Designs again.

While Brown Design and Construction are known for their home remodels, I reached out for a different type of renovation - a simple garage facelift. The ceiling needed to be re-sheet rocked and a new access hole needed to be cut into the attic. The job wasn't glamorous or fun, and I really didn't expect a company like this to accept such a simple project. ...but they did. And they did an amazing job. The Brown Design and Construction team were A+ from start to finish. Jordan was my contact for this project and he could not have been more communicative or friendly. The team who did the demo-ing and construction were so efficient and CLEAN! (Ronnie was great!) I know this job was peanuts compared to some of the whole house remodels Brown Design and Construction take on, but regardless, they treated this job as though it was a top priority. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend them to anyone who needs any type of home remodel or renovation. My husband and I loved their work so much, we decided they will be the first company we call for all of our future construction needs! I wish all contractors and construction companies ran their business as well as Brown Design and Construction do! They are genuinely good & honest people, who truly care about their work and clients. I look forward to doing business with them again!

Brown designs gutted our bathroom and remolded it to exactly what we wanted. They are so kind, professional, and made us feel like we were their only customers. They worked efficiently and stayed well within our budget and timeframe. So grateful we foud them!!

Josh and his team were great. They always showed up prompt and communicated well throughout a 2 month project. Josh went out of his way during the estimate process to go over layout and brainstorm the best use of our space as we had some obstacles to work around!

Brown Construction remodeled my kitchen, and did an amazing job. Josh's design looks beautiful in reality, and his people were great. I would recommend Josh to anyone and would use his services again. He and his team were very patient with all my questions and nits. Areas for improvement (that kept this from being 5 stars) were a significant delay with the cabinets once work started and the cabinet subcontractor who did not work to the same clean standards as Josh's people (garbage left behind at night).

We reached out to Josh and his team to quote us for a basement remodel. The thing we liked most about Josh was he was responsive which many know is half the battle. Josh walked the space with us and listened. He took our laundry list of dreams and ideas and made them reality. He was truthful and honest. He provided a transparent timeline and always kept us involved every step of the way. His team created a beautiful space for our family. They were always respectful and detailed in their work.
